This notice explains how information submitted through the ADU starter plan is used.

What we collect

We collect the property address you enter, which we use to identify the lot and the city whose rules apply, and the details you choose to submit with it: your name, email, whether you own the home, what the unit is for, the type you are picturing, and a phone number if you ask to be texted or called. We may also receive campaign-source details included in the page URL and the page you arrived from.

How we use it

• To create and display your personalized ADU starter plan.
• To respond to your request or follow up when you separately choose to allow contact.
• To send occasional marketing emails only when you separately opt in.
• To maintain, protect, and understand the use of this ADU planning experience.

Your choices

Email or personal phone follow-up and marketing email consent are optional and unchecked by default. Submitting the planner does not enroll you in automatic calls. You may decline either option and still receive your on-page starter plan.

Sharing

To connect you with a builder we share the details you submitted with one licensed builder who works in your area, and no one else. We do not sell submitted information to mass lead lists. Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate this experience, deliver requested communications, or keep the service secure.

A practical note

Please do not submit sensitive financial, identity, or access information through this form. The starter plan is general planning guidance, not a property eligibility determination, permit approval, or professional advice.
